大学英语4教学大纲

一、课程目标
　　《大学英语》课程是现代远程教育公共基础课之一。课程遵循网络教育应用型人才的培养目标，针对从业人员继续教育的特点，重在培养学生掌握英语基础知识及灵活应用的能力。通过本课程的学习，学生能够进一步掌握英语基础知识和技能，具有阅读和翻译有关英语业务资料、进行简单的听、说、读、写语言应用的能力，为今后继续提高英语交际能力打下良好的基础。
二、基本要求
　　通过本学期大学英语课程的学习，学生应能达到下列要求：
　　学生应能认知单词3000个左右（包括专科阶段要求掌握的2500个单词），对其中的2000个单词能够正确拼写，英汉互译，掌握其用法，并能熟练掌握500个左右常用词组的基本词义和用法。重点培养阅读能力，掌握基本的阅读技能。掌握基本语法规则，并能解决阅读与翻译中的一般语法问题。运用学到的语言知识和语法知识，写出正确的句子、简单的应用文以及一般体裁的文章。
　　１、单词：对课内阅读文章中所学重要单词和词组能正确拼写，英汉互译，并能熟练掌握其用法；对其它单词重在认知。
　　２、课文：掌握正确的阅读技巧，准确把握文章的结构和内容，熟读并正确理解长难句，熟练掌握其中的语言点，并能灵活运用，进行英汉互译。
　　３、语法：进一步掌握并巩固基本的语法知识，在阅读、翻译和写作中进行运用。
　　４、写作：能运用所学语法知识和词汇表达写出正确的句子。应能进行简单的应用文及一般体裁文章的写作。
　　翻译：能进行简单的句子层面上的英汉互译。
　　5、听、说：不作具体要求，学生可根据自己的具体情况进行听、说训练。
