四川音乐学院艺术学理论与管理学院执行院长兼党总支书记。博士，教授、硕士生导师。从事中国近现代思想史、艺术史、艺术学理论等领域的教学与科研。近年来在中文核心期刊、CSSCI来源期刊上发表30余篇学术论文，出版专著、参编专著及教材多部。曾先后获四川省哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖、成都市社会科学三等奖。教育部高等学校艺术学理论类专业教学指导委员会委员，中国艺术学理论学会、中国现代史学会常务理事、四川省音乐文学学会秘书长。
余珉露，四川音乐学院艺术学理论与管理学院专业教师，获西南财经大学管理学和四川音乐学院艺术学双硕士学位，四川省音乐文学学会理事，中国音乐家协会爵士乐学会一级会员。现从事艺术与公共文化服务、民俗学、音乐英语等课程教学。
陈茜，女，37岁，讲师，硕士学位。2006年6月获得大学教师资格证书，7月至今在四川音乐学院从事大学教育工作，担任教研室秘书和专业教师。主要教授艺术概论、艺术作品与画廊的经营管理、艺术作品欣赏、计算机艺术基础等课程。在大学已有十多年的工作经验，善于将传统古典文化内涵融入当代艺术审美教育，注重教学环节的设计，使学生在开阔视野的同时提高实践能力。
叶姿含，四川音乐学院讲师，四川大学艺术理论博士。研究方向：艺术理论与批评，中国城市民族音乐学与中国音乐美学。四川音乐文学学会理事，中国民族音乐学会会员，中国音乐家协会流行音乐学会会员。 论文： 1.《四川藏族流行音乐家及其文化身份》，《西藏大学学报》，2016年。 2.《关于藏族艺术风格在流行音乐作品中的形成与表现》，《青海民族研究》，2016年。 3.《汉藏声乐发展中的和谐与差异》，《西藏大学学报》，2012年。 4. 《“美丽、出弦”——克莱夫·贝尔在流行音乐研究中“有意义的形式”的共性和不足》，2016年。 5. 《中国声乐艺术与女性因素成因分析》，《河南社会科学》，2012年。 6. 《论道教美学的本质与特征》，《青海社会科学》，2012年。
杨洪吕，四川音乐学院艺术学理论与管理学院讲师。硕士毕业于英国伦敦国王学院文化、媒体与创意产业研究中心，文化创意产业专业。曾就职于国内著名音乐媒体。任教以来曾获四川音乐学院2016-2018年度优秀教师，国家级奖项优秀指导教师称号。研究方向为文化创意产业、艺术管理。讲授课程《国际文化贸易》、《艺术、非遗与旅游管理》。
