课程大纲：
一、课程性质与目的
国际经济学（1）是经济管理类专业核心主干课程之一，也是国际经济类专业的专业基础课。该课程主要运用现代经济学的研究方法，分析开放条件下国际范围内的经济过程和经济现象，及其发展变化的规律性。
二、课程简介
国际经济学（1）是国际经济学的第一部分，主要介绍与国际贸易有关的重要概念和方法并联系它们在现实生活中的运用加以阐释。除了介绍国际贸易中的传统理论，还将介绍最新的国际贸易理论的主要思想，如贸易政策中的政治经济学、战略性贸易政策及宏观经济政策中的国际合作等。主权国家之间的经济交往所引发的种种问题构成了国际经济学的研究主体。贯穿这一主体的是七大主题：即贸易所得、贸易模式、贸易保护、国际间政策协调、国际收支平衡、汇率决定及国际资本市场。本课程将主要研究前面四个问题。通过本课程学习，要求学生掌握国际经济学的基本概念与基本理论，掌握并运用现代经济学的基本方法分析国际经济问题，以作为学习其他国际经济学专业课程的基础，并为开放条件下建设有中国特色社会主义经济服务。

四、教学基本要求
运用经济学分析方法分析国际经济问题的思路和技巧，提高运用经济学方法分析和解决实际经济问题的能力。
五、教学方法
本课程主要采用启发式、讨论及案例分析相结合的教学方法，使用多媒体教学，并根据每章的知识点在借助天空教室布置习题并批改。
闭卷考试，总分为100分，平时成绩占总成绩40%，期末闭卷笔试占 60% 。
